This 1 day update is perfect for those candidates who have completed their training, and have left it longer than 18 months before attempting an assessment.
Other candidates who would like to refresh some of the skills, and even candidates who have completed their assessment are welcome to join.

- Pre ride information
- M checks and adjustments to bikes
- Skills and techniques
- Route planning and navigation (you will have access to the route in advance)
- Leadership positioning and techniques
- Trail repairs
- First aid scenarios
- 10-15km ride as part of the day
